Spicy Southwestern Shrimp

Serves 4 people

Ingredients
● 1 lb. of deveined peeled shrimp
● ¼ cup of red bell pepper
● ¼ cup cilantro, chopped finely
● 3 cloves garlic chopped
● 1 tablespoon lemon zest
● 2 teaspoons hot sauce to taste ( I used truffle garlic infused)
● 2 teaspoons ground cumin
● 1 heaping teaspoon red chili flakes
● 2 teaspoons kosher salt
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet
2. Season the shrimp with salt and cumin
3. Add garlic cloves to the oil and sear with red bell pepper
4. Add shrimp and cook till done
5. Add hot sauce & red pepper flakes
6. Add zest of lemon
7. Garnish with cilantro
Tips
To cut down on time buy frozen fajita style veggies.
